What are the shipping and handling costs?
The shipping and handling costs are exactly the same whether you are in NZ or in UK.

When will my threads turn up?
UK deliveries take 2-4 days. If you're in a rush we can speed things along, just let us know via email after you've purchased. If we're sending to the Southern Hemisphere your order will take between 7-12 days.

Where do you deliver to?
We send our stuff all over the world!

My threads have not arrived, what should I do?
Drop us an email and we can chase it up for you.

Is my payment secure?
We use paypal which is one of the safest ways to buy online. Don't worry Hforhome does not keep your credit card details.

Too tight? Too loose?
If you've bought the wrong size or you're not happy with your purchase you can return it for a full refund (excluding postage). Once we receive your parcel we'll send the replacements or the refund. Let us know by email - whos@hforhome.co.uk

My package has arrived but it's damaged!
If your purchase arrives damaged, we will refund your payment or send out another order.

How do I place an order?
Click on the design you like, select the size you want, add the item. Then from there fill in the payment form and before you know it your new threads will arrive at your door.

What can I pay with?
You can use Visa, Visa Electron, Debit Card, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Solo, Discover Card, Giropay and Paypal. If you want to pay another way, let Sarah and she'll be able to help you out. sarah@hforhome.co.uk
